Terms of service

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. The customer must return the product for an exchange immediately during delivery. And we do not offer refunds.

To report any damage, please inspect your item upon delivery and notify the delivery team right away. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after delivery is completed.
