Shipping policy

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. The customer must return the product for an exchange immediately during delivery. And we do not offer refunds.

Kindly be aware that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges based on differences in size expectations. We encourage customers to carefully review product details before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

To report any damage, please inspect your item upon delivery and notify the delivery team right away. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after delivery is completed.
